Homerun Festivals 2025 

Hotels / Accomodation

• The festival covers a fixed amount of rooms stated in the offer sheet sent by the festival. If you want additional hotel rooms beyond the amount stated in the offer sheet, these rooms will be covered by the artist.

• The festival offer additional rooms at our official artist hotel for fixed reduced rates (see the rates further down this page). If the artist want to book additional rooms, let us know. We will then book the rooms and the hotel fee will be deducted from the final balance payment.

• Free hotel cancellations until 30 days prior to the festival, after that no refunds. Name change is ok. Deadline on hotel booking is 30 days prior to the festival.

• If an artist requests a suite, please contact our advance team for price and availability

SFX / Tech

• The artist covers all SFX consumption. We usually work with Unique Pyro.

• The artist pays for all extra tech beyond the existing stage tech. The existing tech for every stage which the festival covers is listed below:
